Absolutely 5 stars. We had been getting quotes for window and door replacements and were sticker shocked, especially considering we had done this a few years ago in another home. I found window world as part of the quotes I was receiving. They were the most thorough, had actual samples, and had the best price by more than 50%. I was nervous as the price that the quality or installation wasn’t great, but Steve came out to install yesterday and he was so thorough - the windows look great, draft is gone. 10/10 would recommend.

We started the New Year with the installation of six beautiful new windows. Window World gave us a good price and excellent installation. The chief installer was named Steve. His work was excellent and he not only installed the windows but also fixed one of the other windows that we had purchased from another company three years ago and that service was free of charges. The entire process was seamless. The company is a franchise and this local business is a family affair working from Horsham.

We have had a very good experience with Window World. They have been responsive, polite, informative and easy to work with the entire time. John Writer came out for the initial visit and was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Once we made our decision to order the communication from Window World thru the ordering and scheduling process was very good. Steve Prendergast was the installer and he was great. He installed 4 windows, explained what he was going to do ahead of time, was very nice the entire time and did a quality job. When he was done he explained what he did, how to operate the new windows and we looked at things inside and outside. Overall a very good experience.
