Very happy with our new windows and doors from Window World! Equally very happy with the excellent service provided by the whole team from start to finish. Thank you Patrick, Steve, John, and Harvey for making the process easy and for resolving all questions, concerns, and issues promptly and with care and understanding. There was a misunderstanding with the style of the storm door needed, however the issue was resolved promptly and professionally, and we got the correct storm door installed next day, leaving a lasting impression for us that Window World knows how to communicate effectively and solve problems quickly and successfully. I am glad that we trusted Window World for these important home improvements.

Steve from Window World of Philadelphia did an outstanding job installing my front window. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain how the window worked and answer all of my questions. His workmanship was excellent, and he paid close attention to detail throughout the installation.
I was especially impressed with how clean and organized he kept the work area. When the job was finished, he thoroughly cleaned up and left everything looking great. The new window looks fantastic, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to Steve's professionalism and expertise.
I highly recommend Steve and Window World of Philadelphia for anyone needing window installation services.

This was the second, and then third, time we have used window world. We had our siding redone and a new front door installed. John came out on a Saturday and spent as much time as was needed answering all of our questions and concerns about the different options and styles of siding and entry ways that they offered. The best part? He came in under budget! He was so warm and knowledgeable that after they finished the siding, I called John back to give me an estimate on a new exterior laundry room door. And I’ll be calling him again when we’re ready to replace our garage door. 100% would recommend them every time.

I had shopped around with different window companies. Window World came out on top, not just pricing, but all their employees were very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, non-pushing sales tactics!! The installation (Tony's) team performed an outstanding install. I am not easy to please, but can tell you this...they left me with nothing except to compliment the Horsham, PA office. Job well done Window World. When it comes to having my siding redone, I will be calling you!!
