I was looking for a solution for my sliding door screen and lock installed in 2019 that needed to be adjusted or replaced. The door itself was still in great shape. Torie, from Window World Horsham, worked so hard to find my answer. She was friendly and professional, as she offered me a couple options and set the date for the fix. Her communication was excellent while waiting on materials to get the job accomplished. The new screen and handle were installed today by Steve who offers great service, staying until the door, screen and lock functioned properly. I really appreciate both Torie and Steve for a job well done. My Window World sliding door looks good and works perfectly thanks to you!

Steve did an amazing job installing our windows that were in bad shape that it kinda left me for a loss for words. The main living room window he really brought back to life and helped make our house look presentable. We had 9 windows replaced 6 in the main living room window alone. I felt he treated our windows as if he was working on his own. I can’t recommend him and window world enough. Me and my wife will be going back to them again when we’re ready to get our other windows replaced. Thank you for the amazing work.

Just had new kitchen windows installed by Steve from Window World. The windows we got are nice looking, energy efficient windows and Steve made them look like an architectural feature in my kitchen. He’s a true craftsman and so happy we now can enjoy the view of our backyard for years to come!!

WOW... from first meeting with Greg Morgan for estimate to measurements and assistance with Harvey navigating the electronic contract from out of state was exceptional. NOW- day before install get a call from STEVEN the installer quoting arrival time... ON Time, Professional... Explained process in professional caring manner.. Then went to work... tirelessly worked to complete the work in professional manner. OOOPs there are issues... he explained them so I understood and he clearly knew his trade. Navigated the issue, talked with me as he worked explaining how and why steps... WOW wonderful installation!!! Looks great! BEST Contractor I've had in Philadelphia Area. THANK YOU Steven and Thanks Window World Team!

Five stars for punctuality. He texted and called me 30 mins before arrival time that he was on his way. His dedication for completion was outstanding. My windows look nice. I am getting compliments from my neighbor's for a beautiful exterior appearance. WW is a recommendation on my behalf. Thanks so much Steve on a job well done. 👌

Contacting Window World was a great decision. From the first phone call to installation, they were professional. The salesman was great and informative and the installer, Wilson, was on time, professional and cleaned up the mess that was made. I will recommend this company and will use them again!
