After 12 years, one of the window tilt latches had broken. I called the Horsham office and spoke with Harvey. Harvey was so accommodating and customer oriented with scheduling the repair of my window that I thought he was the owner of the franchise.
Later, he had scheduled their service repairman "John" to come out to my house for the repair. John was punctual with the appointment time and very courteous with his demeanor. Also, he called several minutes before arriving.
Great windows but equally important great customer service from these two individuals!
