I had a wonderful experience with Window World from start to finish. John Writer, the salesman, was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to explain all my options clearly and helped me choose what worked best for my home and budget.
Steve, the installer, was just as impressive. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. The installation was done neatly, and he made sure everything was clean before leaving. You can really tell he takes pride in his work.
Overall, the entire process was smooth and professional. I’m very happy with my new windows and would highly recommend Window World—especially John and Steve—to anyone looking for quality service and great results. -Bravo!

We are very happy with the job that Steve did installing our windows and sliding patio door. He arrived right on time and worked efficiently and cleaned everything up along with his helper, Ashton. They even helped us put our heavier Roman shade and vertical blinds back up. I highly recommend this company, be sure to ask for Steve for your install!

Just had two of their installers at my home today installing 11 new windows and I couldn’t be happier with them. They were professional, explained everything and cleaned up completely. And the windows themselves are high quality vinyl with low-e glass and tilt in sash for easy cleaning. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs new windows.

Jim was a very professional salesperson. He did not push us to make a quick decision which was something we appreciated given the extreme winter weather. His explanation of the product was thoughtful, thorough and convincing. Tony and crew were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They arrived as planned and completed the job in one day. I strongly recommend Window World of Philadelphia.

They did 11 replacement windows for us, Jim salesman was professional & courteous. Prices are very competitive compared to a couple of quotes I received from other companies. Tony, the installer did a great job and paid attention to details while finishing up the installation. Especially, I was concerned about future water penetration thru my stucco siding, Tony took time to explain the process and ease my concerns.
Would definitely use them for my garage door replacement.

10/10 these guys run an incredible business. They were kind, quick, and the quality was not sacrificed. Big shoutout to Steve who was here both days during our install making sure things were done correctly and in full. Steve did an awesome job at making all 16 windows look perfect. They come in with great pricing and a plan to give you back the most of your time. They strategically handle inside work the first day, leaving day two for the outside. I highly recommend using Window World. Thanks for the perfect windows Steve and WW!!

Window World did a phenomenal job replacing all the windows in my 100+ year old house. From the initial consult through installation they were friendly, helpful and non-pushy. Others quoted us triple the price. The windows look great and work perfectly. Couldn't be more pleased!

We were happy with our experience from the representative that came out to demonstrate the window, to the owner checking in. We were very impressed with the installers. They were very systematic worked as a team. Very conscientious with their workmanship down to the caulking and finishing on the outside of the window. Used a cement finish on the outside blending the color to match our stone home. Beautiful! Thank you all for a great job!!!
