They were great from the estimate to completion. I had 10 windows installed. My old windows from the previous home owner were improperly installed. They came in and fixed everything. Looks great. Highly recommended

We worked with Window World to replace six third-floor windows, including two very old arched windows. Two previous companies gave us quotes but ultimately backed out, saying the arched windows were too complex. Window World not only offered a better price but also gave us confidence with their experience and ability to handle the job.
From start to finish, the experience was excellent. A special thank you to Steve and Ashton for their phenomenal work. They were efficient, professional, and kept everything clean throughout the installation. We couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely be recommending Window World to our friends and family!

I can't express how pleased we are with the entire process of getting our new windows. My husband is especially impressed and mentioned that the crew did an outstanding job on what was quite a challenging installation. Their craftsmanship truly reflects mastery in their field.
We’re thrilled to be in our new home for our first winter, knowing we won’t have to worry about any drafts. I can't thank the installers enough for their professionalism and the peace of mind they’ve provided us.

I contacted Window World and John Writer came to my house to give me an estimate for 5 external doors. He was very professional and answered all my questions. We contracted that day. The doors came in and were scheduled for installation only 1 week longer than the estimate. Steve the installer contacted me and said he would be there October 6th and was right on time. Steve is no joke!! It was a tough installation of brick on mortar and required a lot of custom demolition and work. I have often worked with master carpenters and he is one of the best. He worked 7:30 to 6:30 the first day and was back at 7:15 the next day to finish. The external garage door was by far the hardest. My wife looked at the finished product and called it a work of art. I would definitely recommend Window World and ask for Steve to be your installer. Bill Royer

Window World was a significantly easier experience than with another company we've used. They gave me a detailed breakdown of the total project, which I never got from another company. Steven came out and installed the bay windows and they look great. We're very happy with the windows and the installation. We highly recommend Window World and Steven.

Just had the four front windows on our South Philly row home replaced & Window World made it easy! Everyone we dealt with - the free estimate with Jason, measurements with James and installation with Steve was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Pricing was fair and transparent. Installation was completed on time in a single day as promised. Steve took care to protect the surfaces in our home as he worked efficiently and left everything tidy. The windows look perfect, operate smoothly and are a total upgrade from the janky 30+ year old leaky and drafty windows they replaced. 5 stars, highly recommend!
